Well,,I'm Impressed that You did not take for granted where it SAYS
"Triumph: Blue Hinckley Bonneville" in the link You posted.

It could NOT be Farther from being that.

A "Hinkley Bonney" is the LATEST Triumph Bonneville.

The bike pictured in that link is a "Meriden Bonneville".

The old Plant at Coventry was Destroyed in WW2.

In 1946,,,Production began at the Meriden Works.

What's Most distinctive about That Factory & Bonney's is that
Meriden is the Birthplace of Triumph Bonnevilles.

And what is so Distinctive about the Motorcycle pictured in Your "Harry Potter" link,,,
is that it Appears to be a 1959 Triumph Bonneville.
1959 was Bonneville's Inagural Year,,,1st Year it was introduced..

It was "So New" in '59,,,it was not in Triumph's 1959 Catalogue.

It's the EARLIEST Bonneville,,,
as opposed to a Hinckley which is Latest.
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
The Photos are a bit Dark and Small and hard to discern much detail.

But there's 2 outstanding features of '59's that are clear in the pictures.

#1,,,No Forward Front Fender Stay(brace)
(I'm not 100% Certain,,,but I THINK that was the ONLY front fender setup of that style??)

#2,,,The little Chrome Trim Strip on the side of the Headlight nacelle.
(That began in 1946 @ Meriden and ENDED with 1959 Models)

Those details are Very clear in this one particular photo:

Here's how they look in Daylight

There was NO 1958 Bonneville.

Here's a 1960,,,you can see the changes/differences from 1959.

The Bonneville was named in honour of a Earlier Model Triumph (Thunderbird) going 215 mph in 1956 to set a new World Land Speed Record.

Which was almost 50 mph FASTER than the "famous" Vincent Black Shadow EVER went (about 170mph)
..........................................................................
Bonneville Celebrated it's 10th Birthday in 1969.
Had quite a Party, and a lot of people were there.

"Malcolm Uphill, riding a Bonneville, wins the Production TT in Isle of Man with a race average of 99.99 mph (160.9kph) per lap with first ever over 100mph (160kph) lap by production motorcycle 100.37mph (161.52kph). The Bonneville remained the sports twin of the decade. "

Hope that helps

The only thing I can add (from the pictures) is it's a pre-unit (pre 1963) model.
