It's not exactly suitable, but if you like it, go ahead and name the kid that. He will get ridiculed though.

Billie is a girls..My Daughter in laws twin sis is named that. I had an aunt by that name too. Its suitable and I love it.

Billy Jean but people will think of you-know-who. Don't name your kid after a Wacko-Jacko song. How about Hunter or Taylor?

no but, if it was a nickname or like a second name to that name. example: like norma jean expect it would be billy and then w.e. name u liked and that goes with billy. i don't like billy sue but, it sounds kind of weird.
