My friend was dating one for a couple months, he was very needy, if she didn't pick up his calls he would freak out and call like 100 more times, he got mad at one of us, and told my friend that she has to stop being friend with us....he is just a baby, always whining.

Oh the Pisces are pretty needy folks. They like getting their way, too. Pisces are insecure, but extremely intelligent and artistic. A little neurotic at times too and very vain. Sounds like she got a real winner of a Pisces there.

Wow- my pisces ex-husband was exactly the opposite. He was usually the one playing hard-to-get, and sometimes i was the more needy one but i guess it depends on the match. I'm a scorpio, borderline saggitarian, too. Weird

From what I've learned about Pisces (and I am one) is that what you're describing is the complete opposite. I've learned that Pisces tend to be romantic and intelligent, and usually quite calm and quiet.
