and they have this other relation ship that they just can't seem to let go of and you and that person that you love so much share every thing with each other openly and honestly and get along so well as though you are meant to be but that person doesnt want to except that he feels the same way and tries not to except his true feelings what is his problem.

His problem is that he fears intimacy. If he gets romantically involved with you, he will become distant and moody, while sharing his feelings and desires with yet another girl.
By bisecting his affections, he feels safer. It's better for your mental health if you distance yourself from this guy and find someone who wants the whole package in one person.

First,write down all the pros and cons of why YOU should stay in that relationship. Then think about how much you love that person and if he can return the same love to you-including letting go of the other relationship. Figure out who do you love most:YOURSELF OR HIM.

His problem is that you are "rebound girl" and you are willing to sacrifice your self respect to stay in a relationship he's already told you has no hope of ever being anything more than what it is.
Now go find a guy who loves YOU and isn't pining away over someone he'd rather be with more than you.
