If the punishment is too harsh some people will feel bad for him and that would be the worst. I would like him to be a man and admit what he did and then take the appropiate punishment.

Appropuiate punishment sometging like a season in the NFL and a few months in jail

Why is everyone so quick to assume he's guilty? i.e. the Duke Lacrosse team case. I find it amazing that when that crap went down there was a million and one people calling for those 3 white boys to be lynched but after the whole thing got thrown out all the voices NEVER apologized. Geez people, let's let the system work it's way out. IF he's found guilty, then he should be prosecuted and sentenced as ANYONE else who committed those crimes should be treated. No better and No worse.

hes obviously guillty if the dogs were on his property beaten and dead...he should be suspended for the nfl forever, a maximum term jail sentence, a hefty fine, community service at a animal shelter, and after all that for shits a giggles. through him into the dog pit with a pitbull and watch him cry like a little girl

didn't nobody prove nothing against him so i can't say he deserves any kind of punishment at this point. but i think that if he turned up guilty, with all the people intent on making an example out of him. an nfl penalty and/or fine wouldn't have any significant affect to that of substantial jail time in federal prison.

"IF" He is found guilty...How about the same deal the dogs got??? A little electrical current...Possible drowning...beaten...Jesh...lets not forget the breading part...let him be the ***** that gets raped...and how about no food.We have to find a judge from a third world nation to give him the DOG treatment!

In all seriousness...tally his crimes and let him do the time.DO NOT let him buy himself out of jail/prison.

His punishment should be the same as anyone that is convicted of the crime that he is indited for if he his found guilty. He is not guilty at this time, but perhaps he will be found guilty later.
