I guess it would be "wrong"-ish .... if you live in a repressive country/culture, which I'm guessing you do. No offence meant to your culture, but I certainly wouldn't treat my wife that way. It's not right nor fair and it definitely isn't respectful towards her - and respect goes BOTH ways!

In most of the world, though, it would be fine for you to talk whenever you feel like it. In fact, women talk a whole lot more than men do.

Change is slow to come, but it'll get to your country eventually - perhaps within your lifetime, who knows? If I can give an example: just a little over 100 years ago, no woman had the right to vote, anywhere in the world. Now, in most countries, women can vote.

wow uhhh were are you from,well different ethnics and backgrounds it could be wrong but in America no you could say whatever you want to him cause he has no power over you well other then being your husband besides a good relationship is 2 sided you need to communicate he doesnt own you like some animal your a human being and have you own brain knowledge and skills so you have every right to speak to him without his permission.

wow, my believe is you should not need permission to talk to any one. BUT communicate constructively do not break him down name call or get mad. always think before you speak. and if he is not ready to talk that does not always mean he does not want to talk most men need 1-2 day to talk after an incident to think.
