By talking i am including images and or pictures seemingly sent or recieved animal to animal or animal to human and vice versa.
have you ever thought of taking your dog for a walk when without movement or sound from you and unprompted he gets up ready to go? Are they acurately reading hidden signals we subconsciously display ? or are they reading the signals passing around in our brain or self? Ive been pondering .
what say you??

There once was a cat in a Zen retreat that would come into the kitchen and just stare at the food til it came to him. I cannot verify this story. I can say that I have first hand known a woman who could talk to animals telepathically. What she could get them to do was amazing. She displayed this talent to many people with animals she happened to be passing on the streets, that were not her own.
Myself, personally, believe that our thoughts are more complex than we know. We only use such a small part of our brains. And animals are often not given enough credit for what they will understand. They feel our moods and emotions and its more than body language. But to what extent? *shrug.

Well they definitely don't communicate telepathically. However, there seems to be a universal language between most animals and that is body language. You can tell when your dog or cat is upset, happy, aggressive, can't you? Animals like dogs and cats can interpret body language even better than we can and they can pick up on the smallest irregularity in your presence, the way you hold yourself, your actions. It is kind of an unconscious thing.

I personally think they do communicate, they show emotions. And many species, such as dogs have their own communications (they bark) similar to what we call languages.
And about the dog walking thing, I think it recognize the regular routine. Like if you usually go to that place, and leave at a certain time. These are purely my opinions.

Human brains do not emit thought, therefore no instrument or creature can read your thoughts without a direct electrical connection (and even then, the EEG reads voltages, not thoughts).

Either the dog is attentive to your body movement, or else it's just confirmation bias, and you're selectively remembering only the times when the dog reacted.

I think they communicate mostly through emotion or expression. I also think they communicate through the sounds they make, that's a good question.

They are not telepathic, actually very primitive.

The only way animals communicate is through body language. Position of the ears, wagging of the tail, tail up vs tail down, tail stiff, hair up, low growls, eye rolling (in horses), etc.
