does anyone know where i can get house of the dead MAME rom? iv downloaded a few, but they dont work. can anyone give me a link?

1ST if you have the rom HOTD and its 28.3MB in size and 29files and some roms have a 30th file a reademe file.
2ND if you are using MAME32 frountend type, then audit the game from the selection list. Right click the game choose Audit. A box will pop up and show if you are missing anything or if all is good.
3RD when you start your game game does it load with a black screen with a percentage of loading in the middle of the screen? Then a legal screen stating you must be a legal owner of this rom set (continuing with OK) then a box in which states THIS GAME DOESN'T WORK PROPERLY The video emulation isn't 100% accurate. (continuing with OK).
4TH If you do get it to start the video is choppy and game play is almost imposable, Due to the need of processor and video demands, you will need a lot of power to play once it is 100% unlike a lot of other games on MAME.
