my friend told me that she doesnt have that much feelings for her boyfriend. She put on a sexy dress and gave her ex bf a lap dance and cuddled and drank with him I think. I told her it is but she doesnt believe me.

It may not be classified as"cheating" but in my opinion it is definitely a" No-No"

It depends on how your and your partner have defined cheating. Generally, any activity that you want to keep secret is cheating. People can cheat with other people, with porn, with video games, whatever. Whatever takes time away from a real relationship, and that they don't want their partner to know about.
On the other hand, if your guy was right there and perfectly okay with it, then don't beat yourself up about it. Just remember that what's okay (if also questionable) today will be used against you in an argument in the future. Choose wisely.

Why would you want to cuddle with or hug with someone other than your special person???
Why even commit to someone if you would play around with someone else?
Did you mean dancing for or with?
If you dance with someone else...get the permission of the one you are with first. I go out with my friends (couples) and we will change partners out on the dance floor all for fun...however...it's just that. Fun. When we return to the table, we go back to our partners. It's a given.
If you feel that you have to cuddle/hug and dance for other men...then you are NOT committed to that someone special and should leave the relationship.
Let the faithful one...find someone who will be faithful and kind to him.
