it felt like that for sometime...but then I realized I didn't have to make them my everything (or even my air)
& I can go on breathing perfectly fine without them..

Not any more. I've learned to breath too well on my own to become that attached again.......which is a little sad but much better for my well being!

Yes! When I roll over in my sleep and both my nostrils get buried in the pillow! Man, I hate that....waking up gasping for air.
