Cat grass should be just fine if it's the grass that pet stores sell in little trays or boxes for "cat grazing".

Oh my goodness, Im so sorry. I have a pet turtle too, but he's still kinda small ( even after a year in a half), but I've read that when they dont eat, it might mean they are depressed, or something isnt right. I know your probably doing your best, but maybe he should see a vet. If you dont have pet insurance pls consider it. Give him lots of love & attention, sometimes that helps. And whether your religious or spiritual or not, send him loving thoughts and/ or pray for him. Trust me it helps. Whether your giving positive thoughts to a plant, animal, or person. Everyone benefits from loving, caring thoughts and/ or prayers. Try it. And have him see a vet if it continues. I wish you and your turtle all the best, and much love & health. Just do your very best okay:)
