Okay, I have 3 Golden mystical snail's. 2 of the 3 are......well, let's just say there"slimey" body's are all over each other. the one snail has it's whole body stuck on the other snail's body, and "both" of there slime are touching and moving slowly in one position. So, does anyone one out there know anything about how those types of snail's would breed, of what it would look like? And if they are breeding, how long will it take for the female to lay egg's, and what will the egg's look like and where will she lay them? Thankyou to all that anwser this long question!.

Sure sounds like mating! You can see photos of two snails in "the act" and what the egg cases will look like in the "ecology" section of this website, under "mating" and "egg deposition": http://www.applesnail.net/ There's no exact timing in how long it will take her to start laying eggs, but the female can store the sperm and lay fertile eggs for a couple of months to come from the one mating.

If you want babies, you'll need to lower the water level in your tank. Mystery snails laid their eggs above the water. To have the best success, you should remove them from the glass and make a small hatchery. You can do this with a plastic food container (get one of the disposable ones) and some open-weave mesh, like a bag that onions or potatoes come in at the supermarket. Put about 1/2-3/4 inch of water in the bottom of the container, then put the mesh over it so it sags in the middle (but is still well above the water level). Remove the egg case from your tank and put it in the center of the mesh, then close the container. This gives the eggs the humidity they need for hatching, but keeps the case from falling in the water where the undeveloped babies will drown. Once the babies hatch, they can crawl through the mesh and drop into the water. Just keep checking the container until the babies start to hatch, then pick them out of the water and put them in your tank. It may take a few days for all to hatch, and when they will start will depend on temperature - warmer will make them hatch a little sooner.

Though snails will crawl on each others' shells to eat off the algae and calcium, sometimes they really are mating. "Mystery" snails are a breed that has to have a male and female in order to reproduce where some snail breeds are hermaphroditic. If your male and female snails were breeding...Lucky... Anyway, their eggs are laid all together in a group that resembles a raspberry, both in shape and in color (light pink). Even if it is fertile when laid, eggs don't always hatch due to tank conditions. If yours do...Lucky....Sorry, I don't know the interval between mating and laying eggs or how long until they should hatch.

in the event that they're patches of those eggs on the facets and backside they're snail eggs. Betas build a floating nest and shop all their eggs in a single place, additionally the male betta will vigorously shelter the nest even from the female. i could eliminate the eggs as much as achievable in the event that they're snail eggs they'll take over your tank. Snails will breed in a crowded aquarium and not something eats their eggs that i understand of.
