Very nice. Let me add to it:
My whisper is heard only by your ears and what I say no one hears but you.
It is my love for you on the flight of the wind, when I say so softly that only you and I hear on our island.
In your embrace when I hold you so tightly that we come together and realize the love that we share. We are our island and no one but we hear our words of love.

It's very cute but I think I'd feel more embarrassed hearing it than happy.
It's so drippy with it's over-obsessive love.
