k so my friend got problem with the Shift + <> problem i dunno how to solve i hope u guys will help

the thing is when she do Shift + 2 supose to be @ but it come out as * .. i have no idea how to fix pls help

That's strange - tell your friend to try both shift buttons to see if one is messed up or not. Also try to check if your keyboard is somehow set up in a different way, like in the Dvorak setup, perhaps.

Has she tried hitting shift + 8? What the heck, maybe it's screwed up and the keys are somehow backwards! The shift 2 is @ and the shift 8 is * .........who knows worth a shot though!!

doing the shift+8 is the suposed one to give u * so as it replaced with th shift+2 try to tayp shift+8 whan u wanna enter @

Has she somehow resest the language on her keyboard? Bottom right in front of the little arrow says EN - click on it and make sure its set right.
