Open your control panel, open network connections open the connection tab, then open status. In the connections window choose support. then click repair. If this does not help re start your modem, and your PC. If this does no god contact your server. Good Luck

Ok follow this procedure considering that there is no other program that controls the property of your lancard:

Control Panel>Network and Internet Connections>Network Connections> Select the connection you're connected to the net>On the general Tab click properties>Click configure in the next general tab: This will led you to the hardware configuration.

Then on advance you can see the LInk Speed/Duplex mode with a drop down windows of the right select 100 Full mode to force it to 100 Mbps.....

Note that this configuration is for your lancard only. This does not necessarily mean that you are operating at 100 cause it is affected by other factors.

you can set the speed of you computers card by going through control panel > network connections > local area network > configure

You will need to access the router that connects your isp to change it. The user guide for the router should tell you how to set it

Most cards should be running at 100 mpbs nowadays if not faster. The card may have went bad. How long have you had the computer?
