He is very intense, has black curly hair, wears a rumpled suit, and uses his hands a lot. He uses a lot of political humor. I think he's also been on either the Daily Show or Saturday Night Live. I saw him in an HBO special about 6 months ago. Want to get the DVD.

The only one that I can Think of is Lewis Black. He was also in the movie "Accepted", which was about a guy that starts his own College (South Hampton Institute of Technology)
