Some girls develop much faster than other girls. There's probably nothing wrong with her.

The antibiotics and chemicals in the foods we eat. Girls are developing way too soon now, and I think your cousin may be too heavy as well. 40 is the band size and seems really large for a 12 yr old. I don't know what her daily diet is like but there's probably lots of room for improvement. Stick with lots of organic fresh foods, dairy, meats, beans, grains (un processed of course). Surf the web for suggestions. Anything organic will help her a lot as there's no hormones or chemicals to alter her body's natural functions. Think it's too expensive. Think again. It's cheaper than eating McD's and BK everyday. That dollar menu can really add up.

They could always go to the doctor and check her out but most likely its just nature coming early for her. How much does she weigh and how tall is she?

She might look into a breast reduction when she is older, as big breasts could cause back problems.

If she's a 40 then she's a really large girl. She should lose some weight and she will lose cup size also.

There is no problem. She was just gifted with large breasts. My daughter is the same way. If they start to cause her problems she can see the doc about a breast reduction.
