There's a list of expressions. Put them together in any fashion you choose. It's kind of a fun read. The only thing I suggest is that you don't go straight down the list. You'll end up with an alphabetical conversation that makes no sense. For example, if you're scared of giving speeches, one of your speakers can be afraid of going to class, and talk about "walking into a lion's den." And once you have your act together, you could close the whole speech with "when the going is good, the good get going." I think this would be a win-win situation for both of you...

1: What's up?
2: Same old. You?
1: Yeah, the usual. What are you doing later?
2: Just hanging with Joe. Want to come?
1: Naw, I want to catch the new Die Hard.
2: Okay, later.

Baseball is a good source for idioms...you'll never get to first base...you hit it out of the park...just wanted to touch base with you...out in left field...
