How to erase the content of xbox (original) hard drive?

i'll be selling it soon on ebay and want to erase all my info including xbox live account info on it. how can i delete the files permanently? thanks for reading.

when the xbox starts up go to the memory section and erase every thing from there

look for somthing called formting, or reformting. I have no idea where it would be in the regular xbox because i dont have one, but formating it will delete everything permanently

go to the settings part and go to memory's then press games and delete what ever games you want
