A judge in America has ordered three men to dress up wearing a chicken costume for trying to hire prostitutes. They can either wear the costume and parade themselves through the streets or go to jail for 20 days. I think this should be used a lot more and we could have them dressing as different things or maybe even a competition to find the daftest one all the while naming and shaming as we go. What do you think.?

I think it would be a better idea if criminals were placed in a lorry which is open with bars, and the criminals paraded round the towns with like a game host narration/commentary goin on as they go... it was done once on a program and it was well funny;
a common thief got into the back of a vehicle to steal a plazma tv, what they didnt know was it was actually a hidden cage, they locked him in, brought down the sides, to find himself locked in a cage.

His lordship[judge] should have ordered them to dress as 'Hens' and then parade on the streets,instead of just as chickens.In that case people could have had a lot more fun,when the COCKS[Roosters] had a smell of their scents and got after them for the .........I think,some one should file a PIL[ public interest litigation] to the effect suggested above.

i think its a good idea not that i would brake the law but if i had a choice between prison or chicken suite the chicken suite would win every time :)

They should have to take out a full page add in the local newspaper saying their name and what they did. now, that would be embarrassing
