my pci card gets a low signal,wuy?

My laptop I just bought does not have the right ac adapter and maybe xp sp1,I dont know.Do you know wuy my pc wifi card only gets a low signal?

Something could be obstructing the signal path OR your laptop is quite far from the signal source (wireless router or access point).

Try moving your laptop very close to the wireless router. If signal is still low, something is wrong w/ your wifi card.
