i mean isnt that what the pants are for?? no one in my school wears a girdle, we just all put the pads in our pants.

When i played, the girdle was the only place to secure my hip pads and tailbone pad. Pants didnt have pockets for those pads.

What? no girdles? lol, that's sad! ya wear'em for your thigh pads, and to protect your legs a little bit more! My coaches even wore them!

players wer girdles because some pants do not have knee or thigh pads in them

no place for pads in the nfl pants, so girddle is the only option.
