cold blooded animals tend to rest when the environmental temperature is low. what advantage does human have over the lizard in terms of night activities when the environmental temp is low?

When the environmental temperature is low that would make lizards to rest and stay still but human can remain active doing night activities and have the body warmth generated and find measures to keep the body warm.

The human has intelligence and can find ways to cover his body against the cold. The human can use his intelligence to hunt at night. The human can do many things the Lizard cannot do.

The human advantage is that it does not have to hibernate. Cold blooded animals meanwhile take a large rest to overcame unvabourable temperature. If they are awake, their body temperature will be equal to that of the place in which it is & it will die.

Humans are warm blooded, meaning their body temperature remains constant. They are able to continue moving about and living a regular life even when ambient temperatures are cool. The lizard, being cold blooded, depends on warm ambient temperatures to warm it's bodily temperature enough for it to function. when cool, it becomes dormant, unable to live normally.

we would have the energy to escape whatever comes after us, since our body temp. stays the same and we don't have to charge like a battery.
