Try going to bed a half and hour earlier than you normally do. You may be getting seven or eight hours of sleep, but if you are still tired when you wake up, your body obviously wants more sleep.

A general rule of thumb is to go to bed before or by 10 p.m., because those hours of sleep before midnight are more restful than the same number of hours after midnight. Make sure you do not to eat a heavy dinner in the evening as that will elevate your metabolism.

Avoid mentally and emotionally taxing activities in the hours before sleep, as well, since that can aggravate your vata. By having a deeper, more restful sleep, you will feel more refreshed when you wake up. See if these ideas help. I'm sure some of the other readers can offer some useful tips, as well.

My daughter recently had Mono. The major sympton is extreme tiredness. Might want to tell your parents so they can have you checked out. It does require a blood test.

I'd go to a Dr. I think you can get mono more than once, too.

It could be a thyroid problem or anemia, those are common causes of fatigue (and easily treated).

I would tell your parents and see the doctor, especially since it is not going away and it has been a few days. Just to be safe!

I don't know, but if there is no reason for such fatigue, it sounds like it's time for a visit to a doctor. Tell your parents.
