Um, the word "cool" was around before the "kewl" spelling was. That was an early nineties phonetic misspelling made popular by mostly 14 year olds on the internet.

The correct term is "cool." I know it's supposed to be a joke, but the other is term is famous with annoying teenyboppers who obsess of stupid stuff like Gay Charlotte, Simple Plan and Zac Efron.

No, I don't hate it, and your question is stupid. "Cool" is the correct spelling, "Kewl" is the result of a misguided attempt at phonetic spelling. If you don't like how words in the English language are spelled, learn Italian, which is a lot more phonetic.
