I don't know. I have never heard of anyone that has been polled. No one will really know the truth until we vote.

One of my first jobs was working for a Political Poll except we worked directly for Politicians that contracted us. Its was the way the politicians found out how they felt about certain issues. Funny how that works huh. We worked with completely random call lists but only in certain "areas" deemed as a good representation of the nation at large. But that was before the days of the do not call lists. So I don't really know how scientific these new polls can be.

are you a registered republican or democrat? Do you have a land line? if not you will never be called. You probably wouldn't be called anyways, because they only poll a small group of people to make their determination.
I have also read that the phone polls at this stage of the election mostly reflect name recognition, not who electability.
This is why Ron Paul has a lower ranking in the phone polls, because most of his supporters are not registered republicans. Most of them are independents, and many of them are young, and therefore only have a cell phone, not a land line.

Neither have I nor any one I know of ever been polled for a political agenda - and I've been a registered voter for a long time.
Ummmm - maybe these polls aren't the cure all-end all they allege to be. Or maybe the poll takers know who to call to get the results that they desire to promote their own agenda?

Because you are a conservative and would mess up their liberal agenda...Or you don't live in New York or California (the liberal media machine seems to think that those are the only two states).

Because those polls that claim "XY% of Americans want..." only poll, on average, 1,000 Americans. Which is much, much, much less than 1/1000th of 1% of the American population (0.001%, I believe is the proper decimal).

A good conservative should know that pollsters want to make accurate predictions with as little work as possible, which means as few people as possible. And you and your friends (and me, btw) aren't needed to get those few people.

Poll-takers do so with an agenda. I am sure we would contradict their desired outcome.
