there are a number of adjectives you can use to describe people, depending on what you are focusing on.
adjectives for physical discription:tall, short, thin, fat, plump, husky. lean, fair, dusky, twany, wobbly, chubby,beautiful, ugly. smart,robust, weak, tiny and many more
adjectives for personal qualities are: kind, intelligent, smart, dumb, humble, honest, rude , cunniing, shrewd, diplomat, emotional, strong-headed, dedicated, persevering, cheerful, bubbly, full of life.
similarly you can use as many adjectives to describe a person
