Try out Dell they have some really good laptops just their customer service sucks haha their comps are really good

ur not going 2 get much in that price range so do expect to be playing games on it. laptops in that price range can do basic web surfing, work processing, and media playing, and thats about it. that being said look @ the hp dv6000T

It depends on what manufacturers you like I recommend HP because they are reliable and they make great long lasting pc's.
