Since most Ninjas are in Japan they are generally paid in yen. The best Ninjas earn about one half million yen per annum unless they are also screen actors in which case you might have to ask Jackie Chan how much he makes.

To learn your new career you might want to consider the Ginza Ninja Academy of Martial Arts in Tokyo or the Obi Yuan Kobe Institute in Kobe. Tuition and availability of scholarships are unknown.
