tGreen stagnated water would be highly favorable to the tadpoles. The green coloring in stagnated water is due to algae and most tadpoles are mainly feed on with algae. Tadpoles have gills and tails to swim which make them do better in waters.Frogs may enjoy the small invertebrates present within the stagnated water though an adult frog doesn't always stay in water as they enjoy roaming around particularly to find their preys. Adult frogs develop legs and have the gills turn into lungs which make them to adapt living either in he waters or terrestrial surfaces.

Yes, they can do better in a green stagnated water. The green water is due to algae which the tadpoles feed on. Even the larger frogs has good adaptations to green stagnated water because they mainly feed on mosquito, flies, their larvae and various insects which have their home in stagnated water.

Mine definitely did better. Ever notice you don't find as large as groups of them in clean water as you do in stagnated.

probably so cuz of all the little bits of food that are naked to the human eye
