Well, it will never happen for goats to lay eggs. As a mammal they deliver live births.
A mother goat or a doe normally gives birth between 145 - 155 days after conception.
You may be interested to have a glimpse ifever you haven't seen a goat giving birth.

No, goats are mammals. With the exception of the duck-billed platypus, mammals give birth to live offspring.
