I believe you are referring to a "masochist" if it's someone who enjoys personal pain or a "sadist" for someone who enjoys watching other people in pain.

"The term Sadism passed into common usage as the sexual or social pleasure or gratification in the infliction of pain and suffering upon another person. The word is derived from the name of the Marquis de Sade, a prolific French philosopher-writer of sexually violent novels and plays. The passive counterpart of sadism is masochism, the sexual pleasure or gratification of having pain or suffering inflicted upon the self, often consisting of sexual fantasies or urges for being beaten, humiliated, bound, tortured, or otherwise made to suffer, either as an enhancement to or a substitute for sexual pleasure. The name is derived from the name of the 19th century author Leopold von Sacher-Masoch, known for his novel Venus in Furs that dealt with highly masochistic themes."

if they enjoy some degree of pain during sex, they are a freak. ;)
if they enjoy tattoo pain, oddly enough that degree of pain being enjoyable isn't really that uncommon.
now if you're getting your leg amputated and enjoying it, well then, you are most likely a psycho.

I'd call them a person who never "really" experienced "real" pain. Some of us know what that is. I'll bet they dabble on the edges of pain like hot wax and crap but hey, go get a surgery and tell me you like pain. I think not

I don't know about anyone else, but I call mine, "BOY!"

He's of legal age, of course - "BOY!" is just another way to humiliate him. But he seems to enjoy eating and drinking out of dog dishes. Go figure.
