The only size that ever mattered in football is the size of your heart and being persistent. NEVER EVER give up! Stick with it, and if you don't grow to be any taller you can still be a qb. You can be a scrambling quarterback. Your small size gives you an advantage when running so take advantage of your advantage. A scrambling quarterback can be a good thing though. How did Vince Young win the bcs championship against USC? Whether or not you grow, you'll be a good quarterback either way.

If your playing on play qb in college.. Yes.. You maybe to short to play QB.. Most QBs in college and NFL are 6'2" or taller.. Not saying it can't be done.. Just a little harder..
At 5'9"-5'10".. Your better off playing RB or maybe def. corner..
Easy way to find this out is.. Go to NFL.com and just look up the stats on starting players...
I started off as a WR in little league football.. Then became QB in middle school and high school (as a freshman and Soph.) and by time i was geting done with high school i was RB.. Played that semi-pro for 2 years..
good luck either way

So, he's an inch taller. You have this year and two more after. You are still growing but your size isn't the most important thing. Keep working on your skills. And, really, shorter qbs can use their height to their advantage. Find a way to work with what you have and play the best you can.
