You can visit my avatar section were i have answered alot of questions on a lot of issues related to my home land. However you are asking for a lot i doubt that i would be able to deny the others a chance to give more info.
But here are a few tips,Jamaica has more than one section in which you can go see whether night life, Nature or just plain old sun sea and sand.
You also have Corral cliff in Mobay which can give you a chance to flex some casino style gaming, and pool with Magauritta ville across the street.
Well Negrils 7miles of white sandy beaches, will get you party hopping along it,as numerous parties are held some times along the strip.
Its also famous for beautifull sunsets, snorkeling, scubba diving, glass bottom boat rides,Also Royal Palm reserve you can visit, which features the largest and only stand of that particular forest in the whole world.
Shopping can be done at numerous points, however good bargains can be made its you who have to be strong will to say i want that price, higglers as they are noun are aggressive, however if you take a quik glance at an item, and say no firmly, anyone trying to sell you a product will desist.
There are many restaurants at Negril, Montego Bay&Ochi rios that you can try.
Remember Jamaica is a third wold country so things like crime, laid back atittude shoudn't be a problem.
Be your self,on a hold i would say act as if you were visiting new york in some sections of Kingston/Montego bay, dont be arrogant we hate this,be interested to learn about us,while there, and forget about those who say people try to sell you weed,Marijuana, pot /what ever you call it,for i know from first hand experience tourist who come for that!
Visit Duns river which is famous,Fire fly estate in St Mary, which produce the 007/James Bond Movies through Novels, you can visit one of our Great House's,like rose hall which is famous for the White wich of rose hall and hauntings,or just check out our worlk class golf courses at Tryall/Rose hall and many more.
There is more to Jamaica than what i was able to mention.

We visit this beautiful island every Christmas. We always stay at the Sandals resort in Negril. We did the touristy things for the first few years, now we seldom leave the resort. There's sooo much to do there, we hate to miss a minute of solitude. That's what vacation is for, right? Well Artist, please take the time to rewind and don't try to do too much stuff. It's funny to watch the new guests come. The first day they are power walking all over the place, by day three they are strolling like Grandma and Grandpa! Try to be Granny's on the first day. After all ,you'll be on Jamaican time Mon! Have a great time. I'm sure you'll want to go back again and again.
