Is having a Quad Nvidia 8800 Ultra in a computer better than the ps3?

Im guessing yes but im not sure. I have a 8600 gt as of right now and it seems to look pretty damn close to the ps3 if not is the same. Would the quad nvidia 8800 Ultra beat ps3?.... Ive seen the single 8800 ultra and they kick butt....

If games looked like real life 4 8800s would be able to play it just fine.

well hardware is only as good as the software it runs on. u can have 4 8800's in ur computer and it wont matter if u dont have a dx10 game that takes advantage of cards in sli mode
