my new landlord is trying to break my lease that i had with the old landlord?

i have live in this house for six months i have section 8 my landlord sold the building a month ago and now he's tryin to kick my out he's trying to say i made damages and stuff like that saying i broke my lease i never broke my lease the landlord told me he dont want to accept section 8 no more and the only way is to tell the judge that i broke my lease so how can i protect myself this new landlord won't even give me he's phone number i have to call his daughter and the mess up thing is he has a 1800 sec deposit he is just lying to try to force me out so his family can move in how can i defend my self against someone like this i have no money to hire a lawyer so if anyone has any ansrews for me let me know

Contract must not be changed without the consent of the parties. Thus, you have the right to demand that the new landlord must respect the previous stipulations of the old contract when still existing.

You need to get with the people who provide the Section 8. They can tell you the regulation.

Usually if someone purchases a piece of property, they can give notice to the tenant for them to move. Usually 60 days. States differ. Check your tenant protection laws. But yes, he can have you move with proper notice.

he is only doing it so you can tired of this nonesense and move out so he can charge more for the next tenant. don't worry, as long as you didn't damage anything or violate any rules, he has no right to kick you out. i warn you NOT to sign any form without reading it. make sure you have a copy of your lease and copy of checks or money order you use to pay the rent.

Try contacting the local tenant union, and document everything. It maybe possible for him to get you out of the apartment, but the union should be able to help, also contact legal aid, they offer cheap or free assistance to those with limited income.
