I have removed my left testicle because of torsion.Can I have a child now just like before when I had two?Is one testicle superior than the other?

Hey dude, no problem with having kids with only one testicle. One still has billions of sperm. don't worry. It is normal for a guys testicles to be slightly different sizes but that means nothing when it comes to function. Email me if you have any more questions.

should be able to. one testicle is larger than the other and hangs higher. that's the only real difference. you only need one working, it doesn't matter if it's the smaller one or the lower hanging one to have a child.

no their both the same its just that with one u produce less sperm i think

They are identical. You can still produce sperm with one.
