I think those "glow in the dark" fish you're talking about are called Glo Danios or Neon Tetras. Yes, some Wal*Marts sell Glo Danios and so do local bet stores. You need a black light to make them really "glow" but it's not like a glow stick where it glows that much. They're about $3-$5

what are joggers...my first thought was strollers for kids...I don't even have a super walmart..Yet....I go to target for anything.
