It sounds like you're trying to get an idea of where black people live in Brooklyn and Queens.
Brooklyn and Queens are less segregated than most cities and towns around the country. There are large black populations in both counties too.
So to answer your question every high school, in BK and Queens, has a large black student population, with few exceptions.

Black students can go to any school in Brooklyn or Queens.
If you have specific needs, call the Department of Educatin for the Brooklyn or Queens.
