I don't care for baseball much but I think it's a tie between the Pittsburg Pirates and Chicago Cubs. Both teams are great and I think either has a shot because they swing that way! lol. Who do you think will win the big one?

Lol the Pirates!!!!! I would say whoever wins the American League and it should be a great playoffs with most likely Boston Detroit Aneheim and Cleveland whom i think are the 4 best teams in baseball let alone the American League. If i have to chose right now id say in a series Boston because of the starting pitching but Cleveland with Sabbathia and Carmona could be tough to beat in a series .

The Pirates? What have you been smoking? I will give you the Cubs have a shot at the series but the Pirates? They should just be happy when they play a team that has a shot at the playoffs. Anyway....my pick from the beginning of the season has been the Red Sox and the way they are playing is keeping me with that pick.

Pirates ? Obviously you don't pay attention to baseball... they are one of the worst teams.
Cubs are playing very good baseball and have a realistic shot at winning the National league.
Tiger, Angels and Red Sox would likely beat any NL team in the World Series! I'm hoping its Boston but all three teams are very good!

I say the Detroit Tigers have a great shot if they can patch up their bullpen. Hey I'm a Yankees fan and I'm giving props to the Tigers. The Red Sox have a legit shot too. Yikes am I really saying these things? I don't see any NL team as a true threat, but who saw the Cardinals making the run they did last season?

Cubs.
In the playoffs we wont have to worry about Marquis going 5 since he'll be out of the pen. We have a prolific offense all centered around Aramis Ramirez. The starting rotation is one of the best in baseball.
As for picking those AL teams, just look at last year.
