I believe that you can not really hypnotize someone unless they want to be and are willing. or with such low self esteem that they believe anything can happen to them. In that latter case, what's the use of even trying?

Without drugs, you can't "hypnotize" people. It's impossible, unless the person has a mental disorder that renders them unstable and victim to suggestion.
