Human attraction is triggered by different things depending on the individual.
For example, in heterosexual attraction one man may be attracted to long legged blonde women with blue eyes. Whereas another man may be attracted to large breasted, brunettes.
It comes down to a matter of personal preference.
I'm not homosexual or male, but I should imagine the same principles apply here. Some men prefer women and other men prefer men.

I find the male body extremely attractive, I do not find females attractive to me, therefore I am homosexual. Females and males can be beautiful in my opinion also, but that does not always mean I am attracted to them. I do not find women's body's appealing therefore I am not attracted to them. I feel that the male body as a whole is much more attractive to me rather than the female body.

There are of course many factors, and all cases are unique; it could be biological, a "birth defect" where they are programmed to be attracted to the wrong gender based on an acciental "flooding" of female hormones.
However, it can also be a choice, because of some crazy, irrational, immoral urges; yes, I did say immoral, because like it or not, homosexuality is a bad thing;
I'm not saying, as some, that it's a threat to the American family, but that it's a threat to the human species; because honestly, what homosexual couple with an adopted child would raise their child as a heterosexual?

It is a natural chemical reaction the same as any attraction we have. It isn't something that can be (or should be encouraged to be) removed at will.

To sin means to miss the mark of perfection.
So homosexuality is an imperfection not of the body but of the mind.

It is probably physical looks, then common interests, then physical attraction, then love.
