This organisation is a youth movement run by the Kremlin that has become a central part of Russian political life. Nashi's annual camp, 200 miles outside Moscow, is attended by 10,000 uniformed youngsters and involves two weeks of lectures and physical fitness. Sex is encouraged, and condoms are nowhere on sale.

"Remember the mammoths, say the clean-cut organisers at the youth camp's mass wedding. "They became extinct because they did not have enough sex. That must not happen to Russia". Obediently, couples move to a special section of dormitory tents arranged in a heart-shape and called the Love Oasis, where they can start procreating for the motherland.

I am originally from Russia and THIS GOES TO SHOW why you cannot be proud of ANYTHING (country, etc.) other than what YOU accomplish or that you are an active part of, because once that anything turns around and do something like this, you see that you were never really proud of that anything in the first place, but rather proud of your true-to-heart contributions to what you believed was the good.

It is disgusting. Putin is a mofo, but he's widely popular there. That whole country, save for a few, is quite uncivilized. What they do to visiting Afrian university students (beat them in mobs, throw stones at them as they walk out from their classrooms... this is mostly done by gangs of teens, though) is even more despicable.

This is disturbing, but I can understand where they are coming from.

Russia for the past 10 years has been suffering from a severe population decline.

Due to a low birthrate and a high Migration rate.

I imagine they would try anything to change that.

The same thing was done in Germany, before 1945.It was termed the 'Lebensborn Program'.

It's surprisingly simple to brainwash masses of young people.

Although it happens here in similar ways... marketing people paid by alcohol industry have now brainwashed everyone in to thinking they should be in pubs and clubs drinking their lives away as the fun thing to do.

I've heard about this. Apparently these type of camps is where a lot of child pornography comes from, because they have kids as yound as 12 and 13 there and some sicko tapes it ("it" obviously being underage sex acts)

Now that you have told everyone about it half the teenagers on the planet will be trying to find away to get there.
It might be a good if people in England got to work on the same idea because there is something wrong when English newspapers have got to go to Russia to find a decent scandal.

Whats more disgusting is that they are being brainwashed into believing Putin is a hero and needs to be worshipped

I am soooo jealous of those Russians. When I was in my teans we had to degrade ourselves much more than that for sex and often didn't get any even then. Finding a potential wife at that time was far too hard too.
