By definition an animal rights ACTIVIST shouldn't have a pet
A veggie will probably feed it's pets whatever they are supposed to eat in the wild, if they are animal lovers anyway

Most animal activist don't have pets. And I think, think, you can buy vegetarian pet food.

Yea, its not like their pets are vegetarian with them. I know a vegetarian who has a zoo at her house and feeds them normally.
