Generally, almost all species of frogs are carnivorous as adults (though there are few plants eaters as well), eating invertebrates of sizes they can accomodate. A few of the larger species may eat prey such as small mammals, fish and smaller frogs. I believe your question mean feeding a frog a portion of tuna meat- if the frog accepts to eat it then there would be no problem. Though I can see that frogs probably won't be much in favor of it as they more prefer predation of live animals they can accomodate to swallow.

The answer is not "can" they eat tuna, it is "will" they eat it. There are No saltwater frogs, brackish and freshwater only, so they would not eat saltwater fish.

its not really "can" its "will".go 4 it...try 2 give your frog tuna....and if he gets sick take him 2 the vet...but im pretty sure he'll no if it'll make him sick...animals are pretty smart...if he doesn't eat it then it means he knows he wont like it...or he just wont eat it...it never hurts 2 try...i guess...
