Other areas on his body are fine. I had very bad experience with the vet. So before I take my rabbit to the vet, I want to know what is happening to my rabbit first. Can anybody advise? Please.

If you are referring to it being flappy, that just is a dewlap. Most female rabbits have dewlaps. Some male rabbits will, but male rabbits are not supposed to. Rabbits develop dewlaps as they get older or fatter.

If you are talking about the fur falling off, you rabbit might have fur mites and needs treated.

From the way you stated your question, I'm assuming you are talking about a dewlap.
