Don't panic. There are people like that. I'm not making you feel bad or anything. Your problem could be psychological or medical. See a doctor about it. See a few and get help if it is really bothering you. There's a condition called Porphyria, a rare condition which affect 1 in 30,000. This is a case of genetically based liver malfunctions in which heme(the red pigment of the blood) is not properly biosynthesised. There are 8 enzymatic step in heme biosynthesis, and a problem with a problem with any of the steps can cause Porphyria. Therefore, in desperation to supply the missing heme, a large amount of blood is craved by the body and in turn alleviate symptoms like recedeing of the gums, becoming hairy, lesions of the skin when exposed to sunlight in severe cases. Porphyria can be passed on genetically, contaminated via bites, cuts or scratches by an affected patient or caused by a strain in the system such as a sudden loss of large amount of blood in the body(accidents/trauma). Treatment for this condition can be successful if detected early. However, if Porphyria is not the case, seeing a psychiatrist/psychologist for therapy is recommended. Take care.

Just because you have a craving to bite someone and you think blood tastes good does not mean your a vampire. People have asked other questions related to vampires and being that I am one Im more then happy to give an answer.
You love the moon and the nite time. Who doesn't. Lots of people are sensitive to sunlight. Sunlight does not effect us in any way shape or form. Garlic does not work, crosses dot work. So if you grab a cross to find out if your a vampire its not gonna burn you. We are vampires by choice or by nature. There are viral vampires and physic vampires.
Whats with the bug bite thing . You end up getting a ton of bug bites? You dont have bugs in your room? Bugs and figuring if your a vampire dont go hand and hand.

Quite a few people live a vampire-like lifestyle, there is a vampire subculture which spun off from the Gothic subculture some years ago (I was also a member of the London Vampire Society for a while unil it got to silly for its own good). As for being a supernatural creature though, I'm sorry they most likely do not exist.

I like to bite people, I also like the taste of blood (my own at least), I prefer the night, have photosensitive eyes and so on, but this does not make me a vampire, just eccentric.

There's a segment of the population who call themselves vampires and do ingest small amounts of blood, but that is more of a lifestyle choice. If you mean a folklore vampire, no. You'd have to be dead before you get to be Undead. There have been people with certain vitamin deficiencies who crave blood, but that would have to be something you'd have to check out with a doctor. I would suggest going to a therapist or psychologist for a consultation if you truly feel like you need to bite someone.

Vampirism in the modern world is recognized as an energy deficiency. You can not bite or get bitten and become a vampire. I suggest that all of you do your homework and get into the modern age, not the midaevil era where superstition and hysteria once reigned. In fact, science is working to find out if indeed we can find out how and why some people are born this way. I do regret to inform you tho, that I don't think you are one of these people.

I think your CrAzY....
get help , your not a vampire,
no such thing
( if you were a vampire you wouldent be able to go in the sun,
watch buffy the vampire slayer, it tells alot!)
'Am I a vampire?' is a far more common question than many would think. The major reason for this is the complete inability of the vampiric community to define 'vampire'. There is always an exception to any rule, and these exceptions make it very clear that they don't apreciate being left out of the general definition. This situation is only worsened by the complete lack of trust in many - Claims of fake vampires, roleplayers and self-delusional idiots being rife in many areas. It's a vicious circle - Without a standard definition of a 'vampire', we cannot trust people who claim to be vampires, so we do not know if their 'abilities' are real or not, so we don't know if they should be inluded in the definition ... And so on. You get the idea, i'm sure.

When my son and my oldest daughter were little tots. My daughter would crawl around and bite everyone's ankles and legs. It wasn't funny to anyone except her.

One night when she and her brother were supposed to be sleeping my daughter decided to bite her sleeping brother over the region of his right eye.

We had to run him to the ER for stitches, shots and antibiotics. We were told that he could have lost his eye because of that bite.

Our pediatrician told us that we needed to break our daughter from this bad habit before something more serious happened.

We asked the doctor what to do. Our pediatrician told us that the next time she bit someone, that we were to bite her back immediately, as hard as we could, without breaking the skin.

He said one or two good bites without breaking the skin and she would stop biting. He was right it worked like a charm!

My son is in his 30's and still bears the scar from his sisters bite!

Just remember that if you bite someone, they will bite you back and it will hurt!

If they break your skin when they bite you back you will need to see a doctor because the human bite carries many germs.

If you bite someone and break their skin and they don't bite you back they can and probably will call the police and press assault charges against you. You would be put in jail and have to be bailed out by someone.

When they go to the doctor to have the bite treated then you will be responsible for all their medical bills that resulted from your bite.

If you still are fascinated with the idea of biting someone to drink their blood, I just want you to be ready to accept the consequences of your actions.

You will have plenty of chances, once you are arrested, to bite the other inmates.

Sorry to burst your bubble but your not. You are just interested in Vampires, and are drilling this mental image in your head that you are. Maybe you should get a new past time, or some bug spray.

There are vampyres. They are human, but everything about them are vampyric. These people are called vampyres, not vampires. They spell the name different to seperate the real from fiction.

These people do drink blood and have traits like vampires in movies, etc.
