How many red-tailed sharks could i keep in my ten gallon tank?

None. A red tail shark should be in at least a 40 gallon tank, and even then you would only want one. They are very aggressive with their own species and will fight until only the strongest survives.

You could only keep one, and it would be a bit cramped. They get about 6+ inches long if given the right conditions. I wouldn't suggest keeping them in anything less than 20 gallons. They will also attack any fish that doesn't have a sense of territorial boundaries (most community fish). Instead of the Rainbow Shark, try Dwarf Gouramis, they are more colorful and generally more interesting to watch. Good luck!

I would also avoid RT sharks with a 10 gallon. If you want big fish you need a big tank. Try corydoras, upside down catfish, or a rubber nose pleco if you want a scavenger.

None they are active and aggressive as stated above, you cant even keep one.
