i always get embaressed, who has the same issues like me??

Everyone feels the way you do. It's normal to feel that way. That's isn't such an issue though nowadays since there are TV's all over the house and one can usually find some privacy when watching those R rated shows off in a bedroom or basement.

Well cause you feel uncomfortable in front them and it is awkward to watch movies with sex scenes in them around your family. I get embarrassed sometimes too but not all the time. I a week ago watched a sex scene with my mom and we where laughing alot cause the scene was so funny. It was the Reno 911 movie and the whole movie was funny. Sometime it is embarrassing and sometimes it is not embarrassing. It also depends on what your watching. I would never watch a porno with my mom cause that be very awkward and uncomfortable.

that's pretty much a normal reaction, since sex is a private matter and not something you share casually with your family. try finding movies that don't have this kind of content, that is why they are called family friendly. they don't have to be dumb or little kid stuff but can just go easy on the sexual content. probably your mom and other family members are just as embarrassed too !!! hope this helps.

I know exactly what u mean. But in my case it's a cultural issue and a generational gap. In my culture, sex is only discussed among parents in the bedroom, or when no one's around...and it's unlady like to speak of such things. But then there's watching it with mom or dad. I can handle it with my brother. But I consider my folks old(they're like 30 yrs older); and my brother's five years younger...so it's ok...he'll understand that it's just a tv show with somewhat graphic sex scenes in it, and enjoy the story plot, and just watch. But my folks will pass judgement on me for watching such filth, and they might even call me names, saying that I want what the actors are showing...and that's why i watch such things because that's the only way i can enjoy it. So then i feel bad about myself...and bad that I, as one in a million viewers, are watching such things...am allowing it to be on the air! All that could've been avoided if I just turned off the tv, or changed the channel...and waited for them to leave. Plus, there's just something gross about watching a show with any kind of sexual image with ur folks...it's just....ewe!

Probably because the sex is presented in a format or context that is contrary to the theme of any discussions that you and your family have regarding sex.
And I think the reaction you are having is more common than you might think.

why and what are you doing with your mother to watch movie that show sex like porn movies or making love scene from other regular non porn movies ok do not ever go out with your mom to see sex act in that films ok next time take your own girlfriend, wife or mistress or whatever to see sex in that movie then when the movie is over then take her to home to have a real sex so you will be happy man after sex ok eh am i right or wrong ??? that is your choice so have fun

Because you don't know their reaction, or what they are thinking when they are thinking. For me, i get embarassed because i'm not THAT comfortable with some of my family members, so i try not to let the sex scenes occur much in movies. Lol

Gosh, I blush when a scene comes on when it's just my husband and I. I get really weird when one of the kids are around. I can't imagine watching something steamy with my mom around. I feel for ya!

its because the relationship between you and your mom and how you were raised. she thinks of you as her innocent child, ignorant, and pure LMAO
but when you laugh at the dirty jokes, you shatter the false image she has implanted in her mind for security.
also, its our culture i think. the thought of sharing a sexual experience with your mother just seems so wrong to us because she is family.

I think that's normal to feel that way. Watching a movie with sex in it, might arouse you. Who wants to feel aroused in front of their parents? That's weird. So, that's why you feel weird about it. Or it might just be that sex is so hush hush in families. We don't talk about it except in a clinical way. So, it causes embarrassment.
