I don't shave daily, most of the times i do when i feel the need to.
But,i happen to have razor bumps is there a way to remove them or prevent them ... And I'm talking about razor bumps around the vulva area thats about the only place i get razor bumps..

they're just little white dots all over.

I don't think that everyone that shaves gets razor bumps or do they?

White dots on that area does not sound like razor bumps. I feel that is something more than this. I would look up such on google or a medical site here. Razor bumps tend to be flesh colored and slightly raised but temporary. If you get this ONLY there I would get that tested to be sure of what this is and treated if needed to be. Look up stds online and see if any pictures of them resemble that when you put in that description of the white bumps there. Otherwise you may have some breakouts there as that skin is more sensitive. If that is the case, try warm tub soaking to get them to open and get rid of them. Don't use shaving cream or lotion on the vulva area as it can be irritating or it can cause an infection if used there.

First, let the hair grow out and give the area rest. Prior to shaving be sure you exfoliate the area with a gentle scrub. Also use an antibacterial soap to help prevent infections. Shave in direction the hair grows. You may want to think about a Brazilian wax. They last longer and you will have less problems with razor bumps.

Use Aveeno Therapeutic shave gel for sensitive skin, irritated skin and razor bumps. I used to get "razor rash" all the time until I started using this. Works great!

--first of all..shave more often!! its less irritating when the hairs are short because it doesnt pull on the skin so much and cause too much friction.
--always make sure ur razor is not dull, and is good quality..cheap ones suck and cause so much more problems..not worth it!
--use warm water and a softening conditioner or shave cream
-- when youre done dry patting it with baby powder as this absorbs the moisture that causes bumps..hope this helps!!

I found that using conditioner instead of shave cream or gel prevents bumps, and also soak in the tub for about 10 minutes before you shave it helps open up your pores so it makes your skin smoother after you shave.
